BREAKING NEWS:

Matt Smith is leaving Doctor Who in 2013. Head writer and producer Steven Moffat says that:
"Due to the popularity of 'Doctor Who' in the US, we have decided that we want an American for the role of the Doctor. Henceforth, I am very proud to announce that screen legend Nicolas Cage will be playing the next incarnation of the Doctor. His costume shall be heavily based on Colin Baker as the sixth Doctor's costume, but with Crocs! Also, the TARDIS shall be painted red, white and blue. Playing the new companion, to appeal to the teenage fangirl audience, is pop superstar Justin Bieber. And finally, to go along with these changes, Michael Bay will direct every episode of series eight with one episode spread out every year, concluding with the finale in 2016. Rock and roll royalty, Nickelback shall compose a completely new version of the iconic opening theme tune. We hope you enjoy the changes to Doctor Who!"
